FY 22 Continuum of Care Funding Opportunity

The HUD CoC Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the 2022 HUD Continuum of Care Program Competition was released Aug. 1, 2022, by the US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is now open.

The competition will close on Friday, Sept. 30, 2022. The local application and supporting documents are due to CoC Director Patrese Griffin via p.griffin@uwscmi.org, by 4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2022.

NOTE:

  • Please label attachments with the same corresponding title, identified by HUD.
  • The CoC will consider all project types but will more heavily prioritize PSH and TH-RRH projects, respectively.

Renewal and New project applicants:

The FY 22 HUD COC amounts are outlined below:

  • $1,670,911 – PPRN (Preliminary pro rata need)
  • $1,664,094 – Estimated ARD (Annual Renewal Demand)
  • $1,580,889 – Tier 1
  • $83,546 – CoC Bonus
  • $167,091 – DV Bonus
  • $50,127 – Planning
