FY 22 Continuum of Care Funding Opportunity

The HUD CoC Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the 2022 HUD Continuum of Care Program Competition was released August 1, 2022, by the US Dept of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is now open.

The competition closed on Friday, September 30, 2022.  The local application and supporting documents were due to CoC Director, Patrese Griffin via p.griffin@uwscmi.org, by 4pm Wednesday August 31, 2022.

NOTE:

*Please label attachments with the same corresponding title, identified by HUD.

*The CoC will consider all project types but will more heavily prioritize PSH and TH-RRH projects respectively.

  • $1,670,911 - PPRN (Preliminary pro rata need)
  • $1,664,094 - Estimated ARD (Annual Renewal Demand)

  • $83,546 - CoC Bonus
  • $167,091 - DV Bonus
  • $50,127 - Planning
