Through the support of the Housing and Community Development Fund (HCDF), the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) is launching a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for a $3 million investment for Improving Emergency Shelter Infrastructure and Expanding Transitional Housing (ESTH).  MSHDA is soliciting applications from existing emergency shelter and transitional housing organizations to support structural improvements to shelter spaces and expand the availability of transitional housing.
