CoC HUD Grant FY 2023

FY 23 Continuum of Care Funding Opportunity

The HUD CoC Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the 2023 HUD Continuum of Care Program Competition was released July 28th, 2023, by the US Dept of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is now open.

The competition will close on Thursday, September 28, 2022.  The local application and supporting documents are due to CoC Director, Patrese Griffin via p.griffin@uwscmi.org, by 5pm Monday August 28, 2023.

The amounts for our CoC are outlined below:

• Estimated ARD: $1,664,094
• Tier 1: $1,547,607
• CoC Bonus: $147,124
• DV Bonus: $210,177
• CoC Planning: $105,088

• Please label attachments with the same corresponding title, identified by HUD.
• The CoC will consider all project types but will more heavily prioritize PSH and TH-RRH projects, respectively.
